The software on the system is being maintained and upgraded almost daily. For this reason it is difficult for us to maintain a static and up-to-date list of software.

If you already have granted access to the system the easiest way to find the list of software by using the:

module avail 

command.

If you want to search for a specific software use the

module spider [keyword]

command.

If you still don't find the appropriate software for your needs, you can let us know via support@arctur.si. Send us the details of the solutions that you need (download links and good documentation is welcome) and we will prepare a module for you. Additionally you can use your \home folder to compile your own software. Once compiled you can run it form \home or we can make a module out of it for you.
